The staff are provided training either inhouse or deputed to other institutions, periodically, for continuous updation of knowledge in their relevant fields to enhance their abilities and confidence. In addition, Management training programs are organized to motivate and facilitate learning of Art of Management and develop leadership skills. The Polytechnic Management is making efforts to promote innovation and thus improve Quality of Education through training. AICTE and ISTE sponsored staff development programs are conducted at the Polytechnic.
